German Fashion House Escada Hires Upcoming Fashion Model Adam Bertrand

New fashion model Adam Bertrand was recently hired by German fashion house Escada as the face of its fragrance and mens brands for Spring 2009 and a year ahead.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 26, 2009 --- German fashion house (http://www.escada.com/) Escada has hired 17-year-old upcoming fashion model (http://www.escada.com/) Adam Bertrand to be the face of its fragrance and mens brand from Spring 2009 to Spring 2010. Bertrand has previously modeled for Gap, Guess Jeans, Armani Exchange, and Creative Reaction, among others, and has also been featured in Italian Vogue, Elle Japan, and various American tabloids as a result of his connections to celebrities that include the Hilton sisters, Kim Kardashian, and Lindsay Lohan.

James Heekin, head of marketing at Escada, says that the company has put a lot of effort into signing the American teenager, who is reportedly being paid over $1 million USD to do the campaign. The rising fashion model (http://www.escada.com/) will be featured in advertising for Escada throughout Europe and North America.

We have sealed a deal which serves Escada really well -- I hope it will serve all of us," Heekin says.

Escada is based in Munich, Germany and employs more than 15,000 people worldwide. Escadas clothes and accessories are sold in Europe, the Middle East, China, Canada, and the U.S. mainly through the fashion houses chain stores, but also through more than 12,000 independent retailers. Stores include Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Barneys New York. The news was reported by American gossip rag US Weekly.
